Zo is a veteran of the GAIN methods and has been responsible for keeping the wildly successful Sandpipers of Nevada strong and healthy.
Tom is not new to the GAIN Faculty! He is a Physio for the QAS and the owner of the Health collab in Australia.
The G in GAIN with over 50 years of coaching experience in Swimming, Track & Field and beyond.
The current pulse of GAIN Swimming with 25 years of professional swimming and athletic development coaching.
Chris is one of the most successful club swimming coaches in the world. Chris has been using the GAIN method since day one.
Ian has used the programming since 2008 at multiple programs. Ian is an original developer of the 8 to 18 programming.

What is GAIN Swimming? This is a community of professional’s eager to learn and willing to share ideas and information. GAIN is not about more exercises, sets, reps and training methods it is about passionate people who pursue excellence with honesty, integrity and respect to make a difference in the lives of the people we coach and teach. Who attends? GAIN is open to Strength & Conditioning/Athletic Development coaches, Swimming Coaches, Physical Therapists, and ATC’s. Those who attend are professionals seeking career advancement & renewal through a networking experience and who are interested in getting out of their comfort zone.
